Returns & Exchanges

At Melanie Lyne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided items are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Be sure to obtain a receipt for your shipment to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
